FOREIGN-RUN DIVE CLUBS IN SOUTH KOREA
Scuba In Korea keeps an up-to-date list of foreign-run dive clubs in South Korea.
If you would like to join a club, or even create one, this is the place to start. Contributions welcome.
If you're already certified and would like to get wet, check out our list of dive clubs. These clubs are run by foreigners for foreigners, but Korean divers are more than welcome to join. Take advantage of the benefits of joining a dive club; group discounts on dive trips and equipment purchases and rentals, let people familiar with local dive sites and shops plan your dive trips, car pooling and transportation etc. Diving is more fun in a group, so get out and join a club. More clubs will be added to the list as they contact me. If there is not a club in your area, go ahead and start one. Contact Scuba In Korea for help in starting/promoting your club. SCUBA IN KOREA - Daejeon

Scuba In Korea is run by PADI Instructor Michael Jones. Michael has been an instructor since 1999. In that time he has introduced hundreds of people to the sport of scuba diving. Michael has been conducting shark dive tours as part of Busan Aquarium's shark dive experience program. He has been running dive trips to dive sites off of the mainland, as well as Jeju Island. Michael is also certified as a PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) instructor, Emergency First Response (CPR/AED) Instructor and DAN O2 Provider Instructor. He offers many PADI courses (where scheduling permits) through a professional dive center in Daejeon, and organizes dive trips throughout the year. Scuba In Korea works closely with other foreign-run dive clubs in Korea to provide the most dive opportunities available.

AQUATIC FRONTIER - Songtan and Osan AB

Aquatic Frontier is a scuba diving club that was created to fulfill the scuba diving needs of the people in the Songtan and Osan AB areas.

We love to dive and go diving as well as conduct diving classes every month. Even in the winter. Dry suit diving is really cool, or we go south to Guam, Thailand or the Philippines. We’ve been diving in most parts of the country and are still exploring other areas.

We want to help anyone who has an interest in diving to get started or to get back into it. We have all the equipment, skills, knowledge and determination to help you enjoy the aquatic frontier as we enjoy it. If you’re new to the sport and want to get started or if you are an experienced diver hoping to get wet again, please let us know.
